Authentication & Login

Learn about the authentication methods available in Coach Pilot, including email OTP, Google SSO, Microsoft SSO, and SAML-based enterprise login.

How Login Works

Coach Pilot's login screen displays only the authentication method your Company Admin has approved for your organisation. There's no guesswork — you'll see exactly one way to log in, keeping the experience clean and secure.

Available Authentication Methods

Email / One-Time Code

Enter your email address and receive a 6-digit code sent to your inbox. Type the code to log in — no password required. If the code expires before you use it, simply request a new one. This method is ideal for organisations that want passwordless authentication without requiring an identity provider.

Google SSO

Click "Sign in with Google" and authenticate with your work Google account. If you're already signed in to Google in your browser, you'll land straight in Coach Pilot without any additional steps.

Microsoft SSO

The same seamless experience as Google SSO, but using your Microsoft work account. Click the Microsoft sign-in button, authenticate, and you're in.

SAML-based SSO

For organisations that manage access through an enterprise identity provider such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar services. Your IT team configures the SAML integration once with Coach Pilot, and from then on, users authenticate through your organisation's standard login flow.

Authentication Configuration

Your Company Admin selects one authentication method and enforces it across the entire organisation. This ensures consistent security policies and simplifies the login experience for all team members.

Security Controls

Coach Pilot supports additional security measures to protect your organisation's data:

  • MFA Enforcement — Multi-factor authentication can be enabled for an extra layer of security beyond the primary login method.

  • Session Inactivity Timeout — Sessions automatically expire after a configured period of inactivity, ensuring unattended devices don't remain logged in.

These controls are managed by your Company Admin and apply organisation-wide.
