Thirty minutes before every meeting, Coach Pilot prepares a comprehensive pre-call brief with CRM context, call objectives, and an AI-generated meeting agenda.

Overview

The Pre-Call Brief is the first stage of Coach Pilot's meeting lifecycle. It ensures you walk into every call prepared — even if you booked the meeting just five minutes ago. Thirty minutes before your scheduled meeting, Coach Pilot sends you a "Prepare with Coach Pilot" email notification with a direct link to your pre-call brief.

Automatic CRM Population

The brief auto-populates from your CRM data, pulling in all the context you need to prepare effectively:

  • Account Details — Company information, industry, size, and key account data

  • Opportunity Details — Deal stage, value, close date, and pipeline position

  • Attendees — Who's on the call, their roles, and any relevant contact information

  • Previous Call Notes — Summaries and key points from past interactions with this account

  • Email Exchange Summary — Recent email communication history to refresh your memory on the latest correspondence

Call Setup

Before stepping into the call, you configure two important settings that shape your in-call coaching experience:

Call Objective

Select the type of call you're about to have. The objective drives your in-call checklist and the sidebar prompts you'll receive during the meeting. Available objectives include:

  • Discovery — First conversations to understand the prospect's needs and situation

  • Demo — Product demonstrations and walkthroughs

  • Negotiation — Pricing, terms, and deal-closing discussions

  • Renewal — Contract renewal and account review conversations

Active Playbook

Your company's default sales methodology is pre-selected, but you can override it for this specific call if needed. Supported methodologies include MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT, SPICED, Challenger, SPIN Selling, Gap Selling, Sandler, Solution Selling, and Custom frameworks. The selected playbook determines which methodology fields appear in your live coaching sidebar during the call.

AI Meeting Agenda

Coach Pilot generates an intelligent meeting agenda drawn from multiple sources: your previous calls with this account, email correspondence, CRM data, and the selected call objective. The agenda provides a structured guide for the conversation, ensuring you cover the most important topics and don't miss key discussion points.

No CRM Record? No Problem

If no CRM record is linked to the meeting, Coach Pilot prompts you to create one before the call begins. This proactive approach helps keep your pipeline clean and ensures every meeting is properly tracked from the start.
