Finding Past Conversations
Coach Pilot provides powerful search and filtering tools to help you find any previous conversation quickly:
Keyword Search — Search across all your chats by keyword to find specific topics, deal names, or outputs
Date Filtering — Filter conversations by date range to narrow down when a discussion took place
Chat Type Filtering — Filter by conversation type (skill objectives, coaching sessions, or post-call coaching) to find the right kind of interaction
Resuming Conversations
Pick up any previous conversation exactly where you left off. Click on a past chat to reopen it with the full conversation history and context intact. This is especially useful for ongoing deal strategies or coaching sessions that evolve over time.
Playbooks
Your company's sales playbooks are available directly within the Workspace. Playbooks provide the foundational methodology and guidance that the AI uses to inform its coaching and outputs.
How Playbooks Work
Playbooks are company-scoped sales reference materials uploaded by your Company Admin. They contain your organisation's specific sales methodology, processes, objection handling frameworks, and best practices. The AI uses playbooks as coaching context, ensuring that every recommendation aligns with how your team actually sells.
Citations
When the AI references guidance from a playbook, it provides citations showing exactly where the information comes from. This transparency lets you verify the AI's recommendations against your company's official methodology and builds confidence in the coaching you receive.
Help & Support
An embedded Intercom support widget is available directly within Coach Pilot's interface. Get live support without leaving the platform — ask questions, report issues, or get guidance on using specific features, all from within the Workspace.
Continuous Improvement
