Complete Coach Pilot's 8-step setup wizard and be ready to go in under five minutes — from profile setup to your first AI coaching conversation.
Your First Five Minutes
The first time you log in to Coach Pilot, you're guided through a simple setup wizard that gets you connected and ready to work. The entire process takes under five minutes.
The 8-Step Setup Wizard
Step 1: Welcome
A brief introduction to Coach Pilot and what you're about to set up. This screen gives you an overview of the onboarding process so you know what to expect.
Step 2: Profile Setup
Enter your name and optionally upload a profile photo. This information is used across the platform to personalise your experience.
Step 3: Connect Calendar
Link your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar so Coach Pilot knows about your upcoming meetings. This connection powers pre-call briefs, meeting prep, and the calendar view on your Dashboard.
Step 4: Cloud Storage
Optionally connect OneDrive or Google Drive for document access. If you'd prefer to skip this step, you can always connect cloud storage later from your Profile Settings.
Step 5: CRM Connection
Company Admins connect the organisation's CRM — Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. If you're not a Company Admin, you'll see a read-only confirmation that the CRM has been connected by your administrator.
Step 6: Playbook Selection
Select your default active playbook. This tells the AI which sales methodology to apply during your coaching sessions and calls. Your organisation may use MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT, SPICED, Challenger, SPIN Selling, Gap Selling, Sandler, Solution Selling, or a custom methodology.
Step 7: Communication Style
Choose the AI's communication tone for your interactions. Three options are available:
Warm & Conversational — Friendly and approachable tone
Professional & Direct — Clear and business-focused
Concise & Action-Oriented — Brief and to the point
Step 8: First Chat
Ask your first question or start your first coaching conversation. You're off and running with Coach Pilot.
After Onboarding
All settings configured during onboarding remain accessible from your Profile Settings at any time. You can update your profile, change your communication style, reconnect integrations, and manage notification preferences. The Profile Settings page also includes the download link for the Coach Pilot Chrome Extension, which enables in-call coaching features.
