Morning Briefing
Coach Pilot sends you a daily morning briefing email summarising your pending actions, upcoming meetings, and deals that need attention — so you know exactly what to focus on each day.
The Morning Briefing is your daily kickstart from Coach Pilot. Delivered every morning at a time you choose, this email ensures you walk into each day knowing exactly what needs your attention — before you've even opened your laptop.
What's in Your Morning Briefing
Each Morning Briefing email contains a concise summary of three key areas:
Pending Actions
A count and summary of AI-generated actions waiting for your review in the Action Hub. These might include follow-up emails to send, deal stages to update, tasks to create, or CRM records to update. The briefing gives you a quick sense of your action queue without needing to open the platform.
Today's Meetings
A list of your scheduled meetings for the day, pulled from your connected calendar (Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook). This gives you a heads-up on your call schedule so you can plan preparation time accordingly.
Deals Needing Attention
Any deals that have been flagged by Coach Pilot's trigger system appear here. This includes deals marked as At Risk, deals on the Watch list, Stalled Deals, deals with passed close dates, Close Date at Risk flags, EDM Engagement Gaps, and Single-Threaded risks. Each flag links directly to the relevant action or deal detail.
Single Call to Action
Every Morning Briefing includes a single, clear CTA: "Open Action Hub →". This takes you directly to your Action Hub where you can review, edit, and approve all pending actions in one place.
Smart Delivery
Coach Pilot is designed to respect your time and attention:
If there are no pending actions, meetings, or flagged deals, the briefing displays "You're all caught up" — and the email won't even be sent.
Delivery time, frequency, and content can be configured per team by your Company Admin.
The Morning Briefing can be disabled for the entire organisation or for specific teams if preferred.
Manager Morning Briefing
Selling Managers receive an enhanced Morning Briefing that includes team-level information alongside their personal items. This includes deals across their team that need attention, coaching opportunities, and team-wide risk flags — making it easy to prioritise coaching conversations for the day.
