Every chat in Coach Pilot — whether it's a skill objective or a coaching session — comes equipped with a rich set of features designed to make your AI interactions as productive as possible.

Context Injection

Coach Pilot automatically provides the AI with relevant context for every conversation. This includes your profile information, role, company details, and assigned playbooks. When you reference a specific deal, the AI automatically pulls in the full CRM record — deal stage, value, contacts, recent activities, and notes — so you get responses that are grounded in real data, not generic advice.

Rich Inputs

Go beyond plain text with multiple input methods:

• File Attachments — Upload PDFs, Word documents (DOCX), Excel spreadsheets, and images directly into the chat. The AI reads and analyses the content to inform its responses.

• Web URLs — Paste a URL and the AI will access and analyse the webpage content.

• Web Search — Toggle web search on to let the AI pull in the latest information from the internet.

• Voice Input — Use voice dictation to speak your questions and instructions instead of typing.

Smart Outputs

Every AI response includes helpful actions you can take:

• Follow-up Suggestions — The AI suggests logical next questions or actions after each response

• Copy to Clipboard — One-click copying for easy pasting into emails, documents, or CRM fields

• Download — Export responses as PDF, Word, or Excel files

• Regenerate — Ask the AI to produce an alternative version of its response

• Rate — Provide feedback on response quality to help improve the AI over time

Thinking State

Before the AI responds, you can see exactly what context it's drawing on. The Thinking State shows you which data sources, playbooks, and information the AI is using to formulate its response, giving you full transparency into how the AI arrives at its recommendations.

Source References

After each response, Coach Pilot shows you which playbooks, documents, or web sources informed the AI's answer. This citation system lets you verify the AI's guidance and trace recommendations back to their source material.

Document Generation

Create spreadsheets and presentations directly inside the chat. The AI can generate structured documents based on your conversation, and you can edit, download, or save them without ever leaving the chat window.

Chat Sharing

Share any chat conversation with others in your organisation. You can share publicly or restrict sharing to company members only. Shared chats are read-only for recipients, preserving the integrity of the original conversation while allowing collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Memory Management

Coach Pilot's memory system allows the AI to remember important information across all your future sessions. You can:
