Forecasting
Coach Pilot combines your own forecast submissions with AI-generated close probabilities to give sellers and managers a transparent, data-driven view of pipeline and revenue predictions.
Coach Pilot's forecasting capabilities bring transparency and AI intelligence to your revenue predictions. By combining your own judgment with AI-generated close probabilities, the platform helps you see the truth in your pipeline — eliminating bias and surfacing deals that need attention.
Seller Forecast View
The Seller Forecast View lets you see all your deals side by side with both your personal forecast and the AI's assessment. You can toggle between Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual time periods to match your planning horizon.
For each deal, the forecast table displays:
Deal Name — The opportunity name from your CRM.
Deal Value — The total deal amount.
Stage — The current sales stage.
Your Forecast — Your personal confidence level: High, Medium, or Low.
Coach Pilot Forecast — The AI's close probability percentage and corresponding forecast category.
AI-Predicted Revenue — The weighted revenue based on the AI's probability assessment.
"Why?" Button — Links directly to the Deal Health Scorecard so you can understand exactly why the AI has rated the deal as it has.
Forecast Categories
Coach Pilot assigns each deal to one of four forecast categories based on the AI's close probability:
Strong (75%+) — High confidence the deal will close.
Moderate (50–74%) — Good probability but some risk factors remain.
Weak (25–49%) — Significant concerns about the deal's likelihood to close.
Unlikely (Below 25%) — Low probability of closing; major intervention needed.
Note: AI forecasting activates after your company has 10+ closed deals in the system, ensuring the model has sufficient data to generate meaningful predictions.
Manager Team Forecast
Selling Managers access a team-level forecast view that aggregates pipeline data across all direct reports. The Manager Team Forecast includes:
Total Rep-Submitted Forecast — The combined forecast amount from all team members.
Coach Pilot AI Forecast — The AI's total predicted revenue for the team.
Gap to Target — How the team's forecast (both rep-submitted and AI) compares to the revenue target.
Per-Rep Breakdown — For each rep: Submitted Forecast, AI Forecast, Delta (the gap between the two), and At-Risk Deals count.
Forecast Delta View
The Forecast Delta View is a powerful tool for forecast review conversations. It ranks all active deals by the largest gap between the rep's forecast and the AI's forecast — providing a ready-made agenda for pipeline reviews.
Each entry in the Forecast Delta View shows:
Deal Name and Rep — Which deal and who owns it.
Deal Value — The total opportunity amount.
Rep Forecast vs AI Forecast — Side-by-side comparison.
Gap — The numerical and percentage difference.
Health Band Breakdown — The deal's current health status.
Last Activity Date — When the deal was last touched.
Economic Buyer Status — Whether the economic decision maker is engaged.
Close Date Push History — How many times the close date has been moved, a key indicator of forecast reliability.
