Seller Action Hub

The Seller Action Hub is your AI-powered to-do list — a two-column interface where you review, edit, and approve AI-suggested actions like follow-up emails, deal stage updates, tasks, and CRM updates.

The Seller Action Hub is where Coach Pilot's AI-generated recommendations land for your review. Think of it as your intelligent to-do list — except the AI has already done the thinking and drafted the work. Nothing ever executes without your explicit approval.

Layout & Navigation

The Action Hub uses a clean two-column layout:

  • Left Column — Lists your companies and deals with pending action counts, making it easy to see where attention is needed.

  • Right Column — Displays the action cards for the selected company or deal, sorted by time-sensitivity so the most urgent items appear first.

The Four Action Card Types

In the current version, Coach Pilot generates four types of action cards:

1. Send Follow-Up Email

An AI-drafted email complete with subject line, recipient, and email body. The email is generated based on your recent call, deal context, and CRM data. You can edit every element before sending. Once approved, the email is sent via your connected email account and automatically logged in your CRM.

2. Update Deal Stage

Shows your current deal stage alongside the AI-recommended new stage, with a plain-language explanation of why the AI believes the deal should be advanced (or in some cases, moved back). Approve to update the stage directly in your CRM.

3. Create Follow-Up Task

A suggested task with a task name, suggested due date, priority level (High, Medium, or Low), and optional notes. Approving creates the task directly in your CRM, keeping your follow-up pipeline organised without manual data entry.

4. Update CRM Records

Proposed CRM updates that may include logging a call, adding notes, or updating specific fields. Each update includes a content preview so you can see exactly what will be written to your CRM before approving.

The Golden Rule

Every action in Coach Pilot follows the same three-step process:

Edit → Save → Approve

  • You can always edit before approving — change the email copy, adjust the due date, modify the stage recommendation.

  • You can always dismiss — if an action isn't relevant, simply dismiss it.

  • No action is executed automatically — ever. You remain in complete control.

This human-in-the-loop design ensures Coach Pilot accelerates your work without ever acting on your behalf without permission.
