Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your home base in Coach Pilot — a single-screen summary of everything that needs your attention today.

Your Home Base

The Dashboard is the first thing you see every time you open Coach Pilot. It provides a personalised, single-screen summary of everything that needs your attention, so you know exactly what to focus on before your first coffee.

What Every User Sees

Personalised Greeting

The Dashboard greets you by name — "Good morning, [Name]" — with quick-access tabs for Skills (the 6 AI skill categories) and Coaching to jump straight into work.

Chat Input

A persistent text field is always available: "What would you like to start with today?" You can type a question, use voice dictation, or tap a skill chip to launch directly into an AI-assisted task.

Suggested Activities

AI-suggested activities relevant to your current work appear on the Dashboard. These are contextual recommendations based on your deals, meetings, and recent activity. Click any suggestion to jump directly to the Action Hub.

Deal Overview

Three stat cards give you an instant snapshot of your pipeline health:

  • Meetings — Your upcoming meeting count

  • Deals at Risk — Deals flagged with a Red health score

  • On Track Deals — Deals in the Green health band

Each card includes a trend indicator so you can see at a glance whether things are improving or need attention.

Calendar & Meeting Prep

Today's meetings are displayed with a "Prep" button next to each one. Click Prep to open your pre-call brief and prepare for the meeting with AI-generated context from your CRM and previous interactions.

Actions Summary

A count of your pending actions with a direct link to the Action Hub. This tells you how many AI-suggested follow-ups, CRM updates, and tasks are waiting for your review.

Forecast Alerts

Flags appear when the AI's forecast for a deal differs from your submitted forecast. These alerts help you spot potential blind spots in your pipeline assessment and take corrective action early.

Dashboard by Role

Seller View

As a Seller, you see your personal deals, your meetings, and your coaching nudges. The Dashboard focuses on your personal pipeline health, your schedule, and tasks the AI has prepared specifically for you.

Selling Manager View

Managers see everything a Seller sees, plus a Team Filter bar with Territory and Role filters. This allows you to quickly identify at-risk reps, review team forecast alerts, and spot coaching opportunities across your team.

Company Admin View

Company Admins get the full Seller/Manager dashboard plus a Notifications section with release notes and platform announcements. This keeps administrators informed about platform updates and new features.
