CRM & Connector Config.

Connect your CRM system to Coach Pilot via OAuth, configure field mapping and sync objects, and monitor integration health through sync logs.

Overview

Coach Pilot integrates with your CRM to enrich AI coaching with real deal data, automate CRM updates through the Action Hub, and keep your pipeline information synchronised across both platforms. The CRM & Connector Configuration settings allow Company Admins to establish and manage these integrations.

Supported CRM Platforms

Coach Pilot supports three major CRM platforms:

  • Salesforce — Connect via OAuth for full bi-directional sync of contacts, opportunities, and activities.

  • HubSpot — Connect via OAuth to synchronise deals, contacts, and engagement data.

  • Microsoft Dynamics — Connect via OAuth to integrate with Dynamics CRM entities and workflows.

Connecting Your CRM

The connection process uses industry-standard OAuth authentication:

  1. Navigate to the CRM & Connector Configuration section in your settings.

  2. Select your CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).

  3. Click the Connect button to initiate the OAuth flow.

  4. You will be redirected to your CRM's login page to authenticate and authorise Coach Pilot.

  5. Once authorised, you'll be returned to Coach Pilot with the connection established.

Only Company Admins can initiate and manage CRM connections. Other users will see a read-only confirmation that a CRM connection is active.

Field Mapping & Sync Objects

After connecting your CRM, you can configure which objects and fields are synchronised:

  • Contacts — Sync contact records to provide the AI with stakeholder information for deals and meetings.

  • Deals / Opportunities — Sync deal data including stage, value, close date, and custom fields that feed into Deal Health scoring and forecasting.

  • Activities — Sync call logs, tasks, and notes to maintain a complete record of engagement history.

Field mapping allows you to define how Coach Pilot fields correspond to your CRM fields, ensuring data flows correctly between the two systems.

Sync Logs & Error History

The configuration panel includes a sync log that provides visibility into the integration's health:

  • View a chronological history of all sync events

  • Identify errors with detailed error messages and timestamps

  • Track the status of each sync operation (successful, failed, or pending)

  • Use the error history to diagnose and resolve integration issues

Disconnecting a CRM

Company Admins can disconnect a CRM connection at any time from the configuration panel. Disconnecting stops all data synchronisation between Coach Pilot and the CRM. Historical data already synced to Coach Pilot is retained, but no new updates will flow in either direction until a new connection is established.

Important Considerations

When configuring your CRM connection, keep in mind that the quality of Coach Pilot's AI coaching depends heavily on the data available from your CRM. Ensure key fields like deal stage, close date, deal value, and contact information are mapped correctly. Regularly review sync logs to catch and resolve errors early, maintaining a reliable data pipeline for accurate Deal Health scores and AI forecasting.
