Company Admin Analytics provides full visibility into team adoption, engagement, and AI performance with health scores, leaderboards, inactive user alerts, and detailed activity and feedback charts.

Company Admin Analytics gives administrators full visibility into how their organisation is adopting and engaging with Coach Pilot. With a comprehensive dashboard featuring health scores, leaderboards, and detailed charts, you can measure adoption, identify engagement gaps, and track AI performance across your team.

Admin Home Dashboard

The Admin Analytics dashboard includes a date range picker that applies to all data, allowing you to analyse trends over any time period.

Team Adoption Health Score

A score from 0 to 100 that measures overall team adoption of Coach Pilot, categorised into three bands:

  • Healthy — Strong adoption across the team.

  • Needs Attention — Some users or features are underutilised.

  • At Risk — Significant adoption gaps that need immediate action.

This score gives you a quick, at-a-glance understanding of whether your investment in Coach Pilot is translating into actual usage.

Activity Leaderboard

The Activity Leaderboard ranks your team members by engagement, displaying:

  • Messages — Total messages sent in coaching and skill conversations.

  • Chats — Number of chat sessions initiated.

  • Satisfaction Rate — The percentage of positive feedback (thumbs up) on AI responses.

Use the leaderboard to identify power users who can champion the platform, as well as team members who may need encouragement or additional training.

Inactive User Alerts

Coach Pilot automatically flags team members who have been inactive for 7 or more days. Each alert shows:

  • Member Name — The inactive user.

  • Days Inactive — How long since their last activity.

  • Last Active Date — When they last used the platform.

These alerts help you proactively reach out to disengaged users before the adoption gap widens.

Summary Cards

Four high-level summary cards provide key metrics at a glance:

  • Total Chats — The total number of chat sessions across your organisation.

  • Total Messages — The cumulative message count.

  • Active Users — The number of users who have been active in the selected period.

  • Satisfaction Rate — The overall positive feedback rate for AI interactions.

Daily Activity Charts

Line charts showing daily activity trends over your selected date range. These visualisations help you identify usage patterns — such as whether engagement dips on certain days of the week, or whether a recent rollout or training session led to increased adoption.

Feedback Analytics

Detailed analytics on user feedback for AI responses, including:

  • Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down Breakdown — See how users are rating AI-generated content and coaching.

  • Agent Popularity Charts — Understand which AI skill categories and coaching topics are most used and best received.

  • Top Users by Activity — Identify your most engaged team members and the areas they use most.

Feedback analytics are essential for understanding whether Coach Pilot is delivering value and where the AI experience might need tuning or additional training content.
