Coach Pilot provides real-time AI coaching during live sales calls through a Chrome Extension sidebar, giving you live metrics, playbook tracking, objection handling support, and key moment capture.

Coach Pilot's real-time coaching transforms every sales call into a guided coaching session. Through the Chrome Extension, you receive live AI-powered assistance that's completely invisible to other call participants — like having your best manager whispering in your ear during every conversation.

The Chrome Extension

The Coach Pilot Chrome Extension is your gateway to all in-call coaching features. Once installed, it automatically detects active meetings on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom — whether you're using the browser or desktop application.

Recording through Coach Pilot is completely invisible to other participants by default. No bot joins the call, no notification appears — your coaching experience remains private and distraction-free.

The Live Coaching Sidebar

The moment recording starts, a coaching sidebar appears overlaid on your call window. This sidebar is visible only to you and contains four powerful panels designed to guide you through the conversation in real time.

Call Vitals

The Call Vitals panel displays real-time speaking metrics so you can self-correct during the call:

  • Talking Speed — Monitor your pace to ensure you're not rushing or dragging.

  • Talk Ratio — See how much you're talking versus the prospect. An amber alert triggers at 70%+, reminding you to let the buyer speak.

  • Monologue Alert — Fires when you've been speaking continuously for 2+ minutes, prompting you to pause and engage the other party.

  • Tone Indicator — Real-time analysis of your vocal tone, categorised as Confident, Calm, Rushed, or Flat.

Playbook Tracker

The Playbook Tracker is a live checklist of your active sales methodology fields (such as MEDDIC, BANT, SPICED, or whichever methodology your organisation uses). As the AI detects relevant topics being discussed during the call, items on the checklist are automatically checked off.

A coverage count shows your progress through the methodology in real time. If you've passed the halfway point of the call and critical methodology items remain uncovered, Smart Nudges appear — contextual suggestions prompting you to address those topics before the call ends.

Objection Handling

When the AI detects an objection from the prospect during the conversation, an objection handling card appears in the sidebar with three components:

  • Acknowledge Phrase — A suggested opening to validate the prospect's concern.

  • Recommended Response — The AI's best-fit response drawn from your active playbook and methodology.

  • Alternatives — Additional response options so you can choose the approach that best fits the moment.

All recommendations are informed by your company's playbooks and the specific context of the conversation.

Key Moment Capture

Coach Pilot automatically flags six types of important signals during the call:

  1. Buying Signal — Indicators of purchase intent or positive engagement.

  2. Pricing Interest — Questions or comments related to cost, budget, or pricing.

  3. Competitor Mention — References to competing solutions or vendors.

  4. Risk Signal — Concerns, hesitations, or red flags raised during the conversation.

  5. Action Item — Commitments or next steps mentioned by either party.

  6. Stakeholder Reference — Mentions of other decision-makers or influencers.

You can also create manual bookmarks at any point during the call to flag moments you want to revisit later. All captured moments appear in your post-call review with timestamps for easy reference.
