Deal Health Triggers
Coach Pilot monitors your deals for specific risk conditions — such as stalled activity, score drops, and close date issues — and automatically generates alerts and actions when thresholds are crossed.
Beyond the Deal Health Score, Coach Pilot continuously monitors your pipeline for specific conditions that signal risk. When these trigger conditions are met, the platform automatically generates alerts, actions, and coaching recommendations to help you address issues before they become deal-breakers.
Trigger Conditions & Thresholds
Coach Pilot watches for seven key trigger conditions across your active deals:
At Risk
When a deal's health score drops below 60, it triggers the At Risk condition. This generates a Red card in the Action Hub, a Morning Briefing alert, and a corresponding Manager coaching action so your manager is aware and can offer support.
Watch
When a deal's score drops from Green to Amber (i.e., falls below 80), it receives a Watch flag. This appears in your Morning Briefing under the "Deals to Watch" section, giving you early warning before the deal deteriorates further.
Stalled Deal
If there has been no activity on a deal for 14 days (the default threshold), the deal is flagged as Stalled. Coach Pilot automatically generates a 3-step Revival Plan in the Action Hub consisting of:
A Revival Email — an AI-drafted re-engagement email.
A LinkedIn Message — a social touch to reconnect.
A Call Script — talking points for a direct phone outreach.
Deal Stagnant
When a deal's stage has remained unchanged for 30 days, it is flagged as Stagnant. Coach Pilot generates an agentic action to help progress the deal by recommending next steps and stage-appropriate activities.
Close Date Passed
When a deal's close date has passed without the deal being closed, Coach Pilot creates an action prompting you to update the close date and re-forecast. This keeps your pipeline accurate and ensures stale close dates don't distort your forecast.
Close Date at Risk
When a deal's close date is within 7 days and the deal has an Amber or Red health score, it is flagged as Close Date at Risk. This appears in your Morning Briefing and on the Manager dashboard, highlighting deals that are unlikely to close on time.
EDM Engagement Gap
If there has been no contact with the Economic Decision Maker for 21 days, Coach Pilot flags an EDM Engagement Gap. An action is generated to help you re-engage the EDM with a targeted outreach recommendation.
Single-Threaded Risk
When there is only 1 contact associated with a deal, Coach Pilot flags it as Single-Threaded. This is a significant risk indicator — if your single contact leaves or becomes unresponsive, the deal could stall entirely. An action is generated to request introductions and broaden your stakeholder engagement.
Threshold Configuration
All trigger thresholds are configurable by your Company Admin. This means your organisation can adjust values like the stalled deal inactivity period, close date warning window, and EDM engagement gap to match your specific sales cycle and process requirements.
